Vinyasa Flow

 

The Vinyasa flow sequence of poses are designed to build core strength, flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Throughout the class there is a strong emphasis on synchronizing movement with breath.  The approaches in these classes are usually a little vigorous.

 

Our Vinyasa flow classes are for all levels but are probably the best place for non-beginners to look for a challenge.

 

Depending on your teachers, you will experience a variety of focuses within the Flow structure:    focusing, breath awareness, stretching, warming, strengthening, balancing and opening.  Some may focus on standing and balances postures, some on holding a pose for a while for strength, all will flow through the Vinyasa sequence to keep the heat going in the body.
