Slow & Gentle Flow:

These classes are suitable for beginning and intermediate levels.  There is an emphasis on safety, longer poses, breath & depth. Verbal cuing is enhanced and there maybe be some gentle hands on adjustments.  Gentle flow may use some meditation and pranayama breathing.  Slow flow is done without music to allow for concentration on personal practice.
