A dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your power. A vinyasa based practice with a little extra heat. Want to go deeper, ad gain more clarity and focus of the mind, then this class is for you

For Classes that start before 10 am, you must sign up by 10pm the night before.  If no students sign up, the teacher won't come.  Thanks!
