This is your class.

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well -being. This class is suitable for all Yoga Beginners and level 1 practitioners. The class is on-going and open to all. Basic Postures and breathing exercises will set you up for a life-long yoga practice. Even though it is an introductory class it is challenging enough to keep you interested.
