But if TRX ever advertised this way (they don’t ever advertise), I would believe them! When used right, TRX offers an intense and decidedly cardio full-body workout. It’s also great cross-training for all kinds of athletes. You just have to try it!
Don’t worry: You can use the TRX gently, and you can use it in Sports Medicine. You can adjust how you use it to make arm work and leg work easy or hard.
That said, I must warn you that the ab work and plank work on TRX is full-body and EXTREME!!
Try it 2 or 3 times per week for 8 weeks and watch your body change fast!
