Some of us expect forms of movement to be pretty similar - all Pilates is Pilates; all yoga is yoga, etc. - but in reality, your experience of any movement form is significantly dependent on the person presenting it to you. NEVER judge a movement form by a singular experience or a singular teacher! Try a few and get a feel for some variety.
Plus, it's important to MOVE IN ALL DIRECTIONS (or as many of them as you are able) to keep your body healthy and happy. You will find that every teacher calls up a different set of exercises or approaches the same exercises in a different way. You will benefit most with a variety of teachers.
